デザイン性と機能性を備えた多面体スピーカーの製作を行います。3D CADを使用して設計を行うため、事前に完成形をCGとして確認できるため、実製作に入る前にデザインの繊細な検討が可能です。また、製作には3Dプリンタを使用するため、多面体の繊細な角度や、個性的な曲線をデザインする事も可能です。

多面体スピーカーは、各方向にスピーカーユニットが配置されるため、面数が増えれば増えるほど全方向に音が放射される”無指向性スピーカー”の特性に近づいていきます。すなわち、どの方向に対しても均一な音質で音を届けることが可能です。

In a polyhedral speaker, speaker units are placed in each direction. As the number of planes increases, they become closer to the characteristics of omni-directional speakers, which radiate sound in all directions.In other words, it is possible to deliver sound with uniform quality in all directions.

プロオーディオ事業で培った音響調整技術や、システム設計の知識を活かした、マルチチャンネルでの駆動、FIRフィルターによる信号処理などのカスタマイズ、システム提案が可能です。デザイン面では、フルオーダーへの対応が可能なため、意匠に合わせた塗装や、サイズの変更も自由に設計が可能です。例えば、既存の12面体スピーカーを天井から吊るしてBGM利用した場合には天井方向への音の再生は不必要な反射音を増大させる事となるため、12面体形状でありながら、音が必要な方向にだけユニットを配置するなどのカスタマイズが行えます。

We are able to customize and propose systems such as multi-channel driving and signal processing using FIR filters by utilizing our acoustic adjustment technology and system design knowledge cultivated in the pro audio business. In terms of design, since we are able to respond to full orders, we can paint the speakers to match the design and change the size freely. For example, if existing dodecahedron speakers are hung from the ceiling for background music, sound reproduction toward the ceiling will increase unnecessary reflected sound, so we can customize the dodecahedron shape by placing units only in the direction where sound is needed.
